FIND YOUR TEAM WITHIN DG
Drivers lead on-time freight delivery between our Distribution Centers and Stores. You’ll unload the trailer, inspect your vehicle, and maintain accurate logbooks. Don’t want to drive alone? You can bring your pet or an authorized passenger with you!
Want to work with and learn from experienced auto technicians? As a Mechanic, you'll combine your attention to detail and problem-solving skills with our latest tools and technology to maintain our Fleet of vehicles, ensuring they're safe and reliable for DG drivers.
Lead our Fleet Team by overseeing day-to-day operations, including driver scheduling. Help optimize our Fleet’s efficiency so we continue to serve our communities.
Supervise our Fleet of vehicles by scheduling maintenance and repairs and tracking vehicle usage. Lead a team of Drivers and Fleet employees so they can fulfill their roles successfully.
The security and well-being of our drivers are top of mind, and our Safety Supervisors are here to help. You’ll help with safety training, audits, and analysis to ensure we comply with all regulations. From leading driver safety orientation to accident review processes, you’ll ensure our team stays safe.

Working for Dollar General means having the opportunity to obtain your Class A Commercial Driver’s License. After working with us in any position for 90 days, if you’re in good standing, we’ll pay for your schooling, and you can join our team as a driver upon completion.
